Was served by a young Asian lady within the Plymouth branch. She was extremely friendly, polite, quick and efficient.
Great experience all round.
Only suggestion would be to have a more prominent sign saying click and collect is on bottom floor. As I ended up walking to the top for some stupid reason. Maybe there was a sign and I missed it.
