Overall experience was positive, only corrective feedback would be communication post ordering; the initial email notification informed me that I should receive another email when the order had been confirmed - this did not arrive. No further information for almost a week when a dispatch and delivery note came. Ordinarily this would not be unusual, it was just the working on the first email suggested it was not an order confirmation, and something else should have been sent following it and before the dispatch note.
