Fast delivery, item perfect when it arrived the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shoe size conversion from US to UK / Europe is completely wrong for women. I think they give only men size on their web site so I had to research a lot on other sites and had to be sure that 37 1/2 is 7 1/2 US and it was correct and I kept the boots. Otherwise is an expensive mistake if you have to pay £12 for delivery and return of any shoes that don't fit as items on sale don't get free delivery
