Delivery and processing excellent. Regretfully the goods were faulty upon receipt of the goods, but the returns process was very easy. However I reserve judgement, on the full experience, until I have Flannels feedback on the return.
The fault is obvious and warranted, but I am not assuming anything and thus I will happily update this status in a few days.......
