Great service on the whole but frustrating that you think you've ordered an item (showing as in stock) but about a week later you get an email to say the item is unavailable. Some kind of live stock control would be good to save disappointment. This has happened to me at least twice.
Having said that, I am very happy with the service when things are in stock.
