I placed an order for next day delivery and did not receive it the next day.
it's been well over a week and they've not done a single thing to help resolve this but had me wait longer and longer.
Tracking from courier shows they not receive the parcel from Flannels.
I'm not sure what i should do as they've taken my money and won't give my item.
