It is very disappointing to have to pay for postage and returns when all of your competitors offer this free - I would not have bought from Flannels had the item I wanted been available anywhere else because of this. The slow shipping estimate too is very poor 5-7 working days just isn't really acceptable in the current market when, same as above, most competitors offer next day delivery is required. Your infastructure should be improved.
But I am very happy with the product.
