The coat when delivered had a button missing which I found in pocket as well as another two loose buttons which came away from the the coat when touched. I know the coat would have been on the shop floor for a while and would have no doubt been tried on, but nevertheless I would have expected there to have been a quality check before the coat was dispatched. This is disappointing and surprising for such a high end retailer
