Ordered some jeans in sale. When they arrived they had clearly been warn with a visible stain/mark and it looked like someone had tried to wipe it. Returned the jeans special delivery to cover insurance cost. Wrote the info on the returns document and asked for replacement. Well no replacement! refunded cost of jeans only! not the £6.99 you pay for delivery. I complained and as a good will gesture I received refund of £6.99! So what comes next? They tell me they cant refund my special delivery of £8 plus because their returns say no fault! Explains why I get faulty jeans in the first place! the returns don’t check! Shame on your returns Department and shame on flannels for branding me a lier.
