I didn’t realise this website had such bad reviews until after I placed my order. I ordered a bag on Saturday with free delivery and it arrived today (Monday) in perfect condition and I’m very happy with it. My only complaint is I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, the only communication I received was from DPD when the bag was dispatched. Overall I had a good experience but after reading other reviews I may think twice about ordering anything else in the future.
