Good communication, quick dispatch and delivery. Very happy with shoes bought. Not so impressed the shoe box is torn down two sides. Vertically one edge completely torn and lid has horizontal tear along lid crease. I would hope when spending £275 on shoes that the box would house the quality product perhaps for a couple of years to come. Don't usually submit reviews but thought flannels should be aware is it is definitely something that will influence my confidence in making a return order.
