The suit I ordered was fantastic; exactly as described and excellent value. I had to return a couple of items as they didn't fit properly. The return process took a little longer than I would've liked and it would be useful to have a tracking type system to check the progress of your return, but the monies owed to me were refunded without issue, so it was fine in the end. I would definitely recommend Flannels and will certainly be using them again.
