My 2nd purchase from flannels. International shipping to Singapore was lightning fast at £25 took 3 working days. Downside was the heavy import tax that i have to pay to the courier. Would help a great deal if flannels can declare item below USD$200 to avoid the hefty import tax that online buyers have to pay in addition to the price of the bag sold to them. Another con was the lack of tracking details. They don't send any tracking confirmation and the bag just reached me in 3 days. So the worrying went on for 3 days if my order has been shipped or not. Can definitely improve in that aspect.
