Ordered and paid for £650 worth of sunglasses and paid for next day delivery.
The 'next day' was missed and they delivered two days later to an address a few doors down from the address provided by me.
I knocked on the door and the people at that address told me they have not received and parcels. I contacted Flannels customer 'care' (I use the word care in amazement that they can call it that) and was asked to visit the location DPD had claimed to have delivered to...even though my opening email clearly stated that I have been to the address already.
I continued to explain that this parcel should be resent as I have paid in good faith and they have not delivered, only to wait three weeks for a reply and been told I am not getting my refund and am not getting the order sent again and I should knock on the door of the person they supposedly delivered to and open a civil case with them!
To say I was shocked is an understatement and I have since recalled the money from my credit card and will be forwarding their emails to trading standards and possibly the police.
