It has been 2 months since I posted about Flannels.com sending me a faulty item without tags and a couple of days later I returned it. Since that day, I have been struggling with this company to get a refund but they won't give me it. They have been lying to me back and forwards saying that I did the wrong thing when I returned it but the only thing I have done is to follow the instructions showcased on their website. When I show them a picture of the returnable that I printed out they are saying that I used the ¨wrong one¨. But then when I go on their website and click on ¨Return a faulty item¨, that exact label appears.
This is without a doubt the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life and I just want to give everyone a heads-up to NEVER purchase anything of their website. There are thousands of bad reviews about this company regarding the same issues and I just wish I did my research before purchasing.
