I was disappointed one I learnt after ordering that one of my three items was out of stock. I was even more disappointed to learn once I had gone through the process of ordering that my order was being completed via Sports Direct! I am a big fan of Flannels and have been a loyal customer (in store) for many years, had I known that I was dealing with Sports Direct from the beginning then I would not have ordered on the website. I have a big problem with some of their company policies, particularly the zero hours contracts that most of their foreign employees are forced to work to.
