I love my shoes and delivery was very fast however the jimmy choo shoes I received came without a duster bag for transporting them as they are my wedding shoes I would like one forwarded to me, this has happened to me before when I bought shoes from you also. Other retailers usually include them. Look forward to you resolving this as I am a very happy and loyal customer to both your website and stores in Liverpool and Manchester.
