Good online shopping, product range is wide, from basics to luxury goods. Use pretty frequently for clothing and shoes. My reason for 3 stars: Customer Service response isn't really that good, when asking for specific requests for garment info, which would probably save time and money in returning, by asking the wide of the jeans/trousers, in case they are too narrow, or too wide, their response wasn't helpful at all, particularly when asking for feedback to enhance our buying experiences! Their response: "Please be advised we do not have access to items in Head Office." Why not? "I can confirm the inside leg of a size 30 measures 82cm." This information is already available in their own descriptions on their pages! These are poor excuses. Take a look at Mr Porter website. The buying experience should be easy, thorough, almost as easy as going to the shop and looking. Whoever provides description of garments currently could very well add the width of jeans / trousers, they could give pointers as to what to gear the item with, ( cross selling is allowed ) Am sure this will fall through the customer blurb info hole, but it is the small details that make the difference, as you are selling the same items available elsewhere, Please be advised we do not have access to items in Head Office.
