Ordered a jumpsuit in the sale section of the website, P&P was quite expensive and delivery not that quick. Jumpsuit was very nicely packed in black flannels bag but sadly wasn't for me so I returned it through collect + which I had to pay for. Although I know they have received it and on my website account it has been updated as returned Flannels have not sent me any kind of e-mail to acknowledge the return and refund. So overall, lovely products, well packaged but they could definitely do more to ensure a smoother quicker service for their online customers with better communication. I would probably buy an item elsewhere if i could find it at the same price.
