I have purchased from a couple of other hatch chile sellers. Both times I ordered frozen roasted green hatch chilies. Both products were adequate, but jars the Pure Green Medium I ordered from the Fresh Chile Company was much better. I just made Pork Chile Verde from their recipe, and it was terrific! I just ordered two more jars, one Mild and one Medium.
