I am a Hatch Chili freak, so I may be biased, but The Fresh Chili Company ships out a great product no matter what you order. From the seasonings, to the fresh chilies, to the prepared salsa, I have always been very happy with my purchases. I bought fresh chilies and roasted them and froze them in small batches to take in my lunch which, in the dead of winter, adds a wonderful fresh green taste. I also keep a supply on hand of the red, green, and roasted salsa. My new favorite (this month) though, is Papas Salsa. Keep up the good work!
