I ordered on Jan. 1 and was supposed to get my order on Jan. 16th. On the 16th, I looked at the tracking information and saw the package had to be brought back to the supplier because part of the order broke (presumably one of the two jars).
I made a review on Facebook, and for show, the company pretended to offer me a full refund and the jars. I thought that was amenable enough, but when I emailed the company, they said it was one or the other: get a reshipment OR the refund. Then, they blocked me on Facebook. Immature. I was always kind and patient with them in my emails until they refused offer any kind of help for my order taking forever.
