I discovered Hatch Chiles 2 years ago when I came to New Mexico for a nursing conference in Albuquerque. I was immediately addicted! I haven’t been able to experience that flavor until I took a chance and ordered your products about a month ago. I am in heaven!!!!!!! I have LOVED everything I have ordered so far and I can’t wait to order more! Working as an RN in these crazy Covid times I have finally found something to look forward to... a box of authentic Hatch Chilies!!!!!!!
