Glad I found Fresh Chili Company, it has cut my food prep time way down, I use to buy Hatch chilies buy the bushel but now buy my peppers here. No more need to roast, shin, de-seed, cook and chop. Simply open a jar of the grind/flavored your looking for. Great quality, great variety and a great way to spice up every meal. I live in ketosis and eat a lot of meat, these products make even a burger patty special. Friendly folks, great service. Give 'em a try, you'll be back for more.
