This is my second order from The Fresh Chile Company, and for this El Paso transplant in New England, it means everything to get a box filled with the taste of home. The green chiles sauce (medium) has the perfect heat, and the quality is superb- rarely a peel, nice thick chunks of chiles. For Christmas gifts this year, I’m sending other family transplants a jar of green, a container of green Chile powder (have not tried), and a bag of green Chile pecans (have not tried). Quality products and packed amazingly well. Thank you!!
