While the over all taste was superb , the heat level was no where what I thought it would be , if you want just a little bit of heat don't go with the Medium , there was no kick or heat at all , go hotter .
Great product and taste , shipping and service was the best . Ordered in the p.m. shipped in the next a.m. 3 days later I'm eating the sauce in Indiana .
