I lived in southern NM, Deming for many years and I am happy that I can now enjoy the taste of home, I haven't yet made a favorite pork red chili, really hoping its Hot like I ordered, I realize sometimes when the Chile is harvested it some times gets mixed up so I may need to order more extra hot next time and mix the 2, quick shipping, chili pods nice rich red color a good indication that they are indeed fresh
