All of our choices are wonderful. I really can't pick a favorite. WE chose the medium heat with the fresh Red Chili Sause. Traditional Red Chili, Pure Hatch Green and Red and Green Blend. I have tried them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Braised Pork and Beef are paired well with any of the sauces. On eggs, in omelets and hash. very good!
