I couldn't be happier with the order I received from The Fresh Chile Company. The depth of flavor in the three sauces I bought was very impressive and delicious. I'll be buying more. On the spiciness level: I ordered medium and I would say they're pretty spicy for medium so be aware of that. On my 1-10 heat scale, about a 7.
