The Fresh Chile Company is a taste of home. I grew up in NM, but have been living in the PNW for many years. This time of year, I get so homesick for a hearty bowl of posole and other tasty chile dishes. FCC to the rescue! Fresh hatch chile and chile products. I could practically see the dirt hills, smell the sagebrush, and feel the crisp dry winter air when slurping my first big spoon of posole this winter. We will be regular customers of FCC now.
