I have made at least 3 purchases from The Fresh Chili Company. We love this product! Buy some you won’t be upset AT ALL! I make a Green Chili and now I don’t have to wait for the Chili’s to come back it stock, then roast them, peel them, chop them. I just dump them in a pot and go on to the next ingredient. They are every bit as good as if I did them myself, fresh.
