I can honestly say that every one of the products I have bought from The Fresh Chile Company have been wonderful! I especially LOVE the Red&Green, Papa’s, Mamma’s and the Roasted Red Hatch Chile salsas - they are the best salsas I have ever bought! The Pure Hatch Green Sauce is also excellent and I love to mix it with white pepper gravy to pour over fried chicken and mashed potatoes!
