I’ve ordered several times from this company, and love the products. In my last order, however, one of the Reds was Hot, instead of X Hot as I’d ordered. I emailed my thanks for the order, but pointed out the mistake (as I thought they should know). They immediately sent me a jar of the X Hot. Unbelievable customer service. I’m now a bigger fan than ever!
