I ordered a three-pack of chiles: red, green, and mixed, and a bag of pistachios. After reading other comments, I was worried that the Medium chile wouldn't be hot enough, but it is. It's beautiful and bright and tastes like New Mexico. The pistachios were fresh and delicious. I'm very happy with my purchase. Quick shipping, even in the holiday season.
