I have had excellent service and communication from The Fresh Chili Co. I love Hatch green chilies (I always have) and they are hard to get in the northwest. This is both convenient and delicious! I am still exploring their different salsas, and sauces. I haven't been disappointed! They are all wonderful and extremely flavorful. I have been using then in lots of new ways.
