I love the products but it doesn’t keep well. We have made our own salsa over the years and an open jar of our home made stuff keeps forever. There product goes south fast. It gets a white scummy stuff on top. I have reached out to them but didn’t get a real satisfactory answer. So bottom line; the product is great but eat it right away and enjoy!!
