Bought mild and medium green Chile for green chicken enchiladas for our after Christmas staycation. The recipe is from the Fresh Chile Company website. This was the younger daughter’s first foray since March. These were a special request. She made sure the left overs went back to the Keys with her. This dish made with these green chiles are one of our family’s favorites. The customer service lady did her best to make sure I got what I needed. EVERYTHING they sell is wonderful. And great customer service.
