I placed a simple order in September 2020 and not until December 2020 did 1/2 of my order arrive and it was wrong. Had over 6 discussions with the company and they made 6 promises and confirmations of my order. Not until January of 2021 did I receive 1/2 of my original order that was correct. I still have not received the other half. I have lost customers and damaged reputation due to the inept and care less customer service.
