The Roasted Abuela red chili sauce is amazing! Mixing it half-n-half with an enchilada sauce takes my beef and chicken to a whole other level for tacos. I'm going to experiment to use it as part of my spice mix for chili con carne. It is a lovely rich flavor with the taste of fresh homemade.
