The chili from the Fresh Chile Company taste freshly roasted! It smells freshly roasted! We use it in many of our Mexican dishes that we cook especially green chili stew using a pork tenderloin. We have had wonderful professional customer service as we have sent our relatives Who were unable to purchase this product because of where they live, they have thoroughly appreciated the freshness and the heat of the hot green/red chopped Chile mix! Very reasonably priced gift sets as well! I would definitely recommend purchasing green chili, red and green chili mixed and red chili from the fresh chili company!
