I was a little disappointed that the Hatch Green chile spice has a strong smell of cumin. I admit that I haven't used it yet but I am not a fan of cumin. If I would have known, I wouldn't have bought it and the Posole spice I see has cumin in it too. Actually they all do. I got the 3 pack of spices and the BBQ sauce and spent so much money on shipping and the products and hate to be disappointed. I loved the BBQ sauce and your other chile sauces in the jars though. In all fairness though I need to taste them and not just judge by the smell.
