Everything I’ve sampled from the FCC is absolutely fantastic. I can’t decide between Mama’s and Papa’s, because they’re both so delicious. I top just about ANYTHING I cook (mac and cheese, potatoes, sandwiches, etc.) with the Red and Green Blend. My favorite of the reds is the Red Chile Sauce. Other than the taste of everything, the best things about FCC are the fact that there’s nothing sketchy in their ingredient list and that Randy and Carol are absolutely lovely!
