Just finished my jar of Papa’s Salsa. I wish it had less green chiles and more tomatoes and onions, but I liked it enough to finish the jar. Bought the medium, might try the mild next time. Also wish it had a little more liquid. That being said, it was awesome to use for our salsa chicken that we cook in our crockpot. Thanks for a great, fresh product! Looking forward to trying Mama’s Salsa next.
