Ive been happy with the service. Your classing of heat is a little lacking or hop skip. I order the extra hot and some are hot and some not so hot, doesnt seem consistent.Some times the frozen chile seems kinda like freezer burned. Pretty pricey, I can only afford when you have sales. I love being able to get green chile out here in Il. and mostly love your products. Looking forward to trying your freeze dry out.
