I'm so glad to have found the Fresh Chile Company! I need my red or green fix almost daily and your products are just like being in Las Cruces. We have been going to Hatch every Labor Day and stocking up on chile but when COVID came around it looked like we might have to do without. Fresh Chile Company to the rescue! My favorite is the hot green chile but I'm eating alot of the red chile roast, too! it's all good and great, fast service! I'm now a subscriber so I'll never run out!
