I love the hatch chilies. We use yo live in el paso. Now we live in the Rio grande Valley. Hard to find them. Love that you have done all the work for me and it's still the great flavor we love. Even little biys of chard skin which is a flavor boost. Yummy with several of my recipes. And great for a salsa with tomatoes and onion. Thank you!!!
