There have been a couple of small speed bumps in my orders - a mix up in product and a damaged product. The FCC is on it! I send out a brief email letting them know and they correct it immediately, and I mean immediately. No hesitation, no ifs, ands or buts.
And then there are the products. Superb. Nuf said.
