Growing up in Colorado, I ate chile rellenos all the time smothered in green chili. When I moved away 40 years ago I was never able to find proper green chili. Now I have. Fresh Chili Co. has it! I'll add my pork..etc and it's wonderful. Brings back yummy memories!
