If you want fresh New Mexico chile, salsa, bbq sauce, hot sauce, etc. Look no further. Can't remember how I happened upon The Fresh Chile Company, but I'm glad I did. Everything is super-fresh, super-tasty and enjoyed by everyone I feed it to. As well, they ship really quickly if the product is available (I've never bought anything other than their jarred products, mind you), and in the best corrugated packaging you can imagine. Never a breakage ever. And, it ships FedEx, so no worries about USPS delays. I can't recommend this company higher. Seriously.
