This might be the best chili I've ever gotten! I bought a jar of green (haven't used it but have high expectations) and a jar of red and green, which we LOVE! Papa's salsa is so fresh and delicious. I might try hot instead of mild, but I love it that the hot doesn't overwhelm the chili flavor.
